Leading businesses through IT

Our Team

We have been supporting businesses with their IT needs for over 15 years and during this time we’ve gained a lot of experience and insight. We use this feedback to improve our service and we continue to ask our clients how we can make their lives easier.

We specialise in making computers, servers and networks do what a business needs. We don’t just fix computers we help you look at the whole system and how it works. We’ll look for improvements that could help your business and we take away the hassle by setting everything up for you, so when you get it, it just works!

Over the years we have gained expert knowledge in manufacturing software and IT requirements for manufacturing and therefore can offer specialist services for this industry.

We’re different to most IT firms. We try to be proactive rather than reactive. Our proactive promise to clients shows 5 ways we proactively manage customers’ IT. We set up all clients with a secure storage centre for passwords. We regularly review their backup and check they have everything covered. We notify them if their backup fails for whatever reason and we check that emails are included in the backup. This means that we have the ability to restore files and previous versions from backup, quickly and easily.

Our personal approach helps us get to know our clients, and in return our team will be there to assist whenever you need them:
