just when you think that you’ve just about got there with this website stuff, something comes along and says “HEY I’M NOT RIGHT!!”
I had to add a few extra bits to the page styling to get images embedded in posts to look correct:

This image is of Charles Babbage, the founding father of computing and one of my all time technical heroes.

You’ll notice that the image is framed in it’s own little box, with a funky little caption along the bottom, with this text nicely positioned to the left. Previously (before I added the extra styling code) this image would have been all on it’s lonesome – kinda floating.

Let’s hope that there is little more to ‘fix’
