Today was quite a simple day really – helped out a new client with a Blue Screen of Death (Known as a BSOD), and built a server.

I had to leave early as I was expecting a delivery at home.
I had paid extra for a 17:00 – 20:00 delivery from Dixons (Via Business Post)
17:00 arrives, patience begins.
21:00 arrives, patience stops.
A phone call to Business Post – “The item was collected from Nottingham @ 17:28 and probably wont be delivered until Monday now”
Time to get my complaining head on.
It really sickens me that the levels of service in the UK are getting worse (even the Indian food we ordered later on was late)

Grr…..
