Today was a great test of my ingenuity – I had to install windows XP Pro, from DOS (those that remember that far back will get all nostalgic at this moment, and probably curse the GUI based OS’s!)

No optical media drive (CD or DVD rom)
No USB for a memory stick
No network to copy the files from
Just me and a floppy disc and a copy of XP Pro on CD

Hmm…

Got it on though

Now I have about 6 hours of updating to look forward to

The joy of things technical is never ending
