2 weeks ago, BT, in their wisdom, promised a client of ours a broadband solution that would be installed before any of their competitors could possibly deliver.
Our client, a web design company, funnily enough relies on the Internet for their business
2 weeks ago, the client had a problem – no broadband
I gets a call to come and sort something…
Call to BT…
Me – “Nothing wrong here, I’m pretty sure that one of your engineers needs to reset something in the exchange”

2 weeks later…
BT, having fobbed off the client and cost them goodness knows how much business, finally sends an engineer out to the client.
15 minutes testing…
“Nothing wrong here (the clients site) must be something in the exchange”
5 minutes pass
“you are now online!”

Effin typical!

I WISH BT WOULD LISTEN!!!!!!!
