Lengthening lists
Looks like the “crap service” list is growing…
This week entrants are:
   1. NTL (for outstandingly bad service & a MANAGER telling me she could not help!)
   2. British Gas (for an answering machine message stating “queue for 20 mins”; 1.5 hours later…)
   3. BT (for the aforementioned problems)
NTL finally got my broadband working today (bear in mind it was unofficially working on Monday!) – they managed to kill my connection, lose my account details AND give me the full tour of NTL departments in a very frustrating 1 hour + phone call.
All it finally took was a tech support engineer allocating the PIN number to the payment method. ~sigh~
British Gas left a greatly informative message on their phones stating “queue is 20 mins long…” (or words to that effect). Over 1.5 hours later my girlfriend finally gave up trying to contact them.
Sometimes i really despair ~sigh~
