Lengthening lists

 

Looks like the “crap service” list is growing… :(
This week entrants are:
   1. NTL (for outstandingly bad service & a MANAGER telling me she could not help!)
   2. British Gas (for an answering machine message stating “queue for 20 mins”; 1.5 hours later…)
   3. BT (for the aforementioned problems)

NTL finally got my broadband working today (bear in mind it was unofficially working on Monday!) – they managed to kill my connection, lose my account details AND give me the full tour of NTL departments in a very frustrating 1 hour + phone call.
All it finally took was a tech support engineer allocating the PIN number to the payment method. ~sigh~ :roll:

British Gas left a greatly informative message on their phones stating “queue is 20 mins long…” (or words to that effect). Over 1.5 hours later my girlfriend finally gave up trying to contact them. :(

Sometimes i really despair ~sigh~
