Why oh why oh why
Ordered some Microsoft licenses, just a simple A4 piece of paper.
Now, I’m not Mr. Green – Ecologist of the century, but, when you receive a box approx. A4 in width and height and 500mm deep, containing a single A4 envelope something MUST say that might be a little bit of a waste? I could have got 500 of the licenses in the box

On a more positive note (kinda)
Had a little stomach ache last week – it lasted all week so I thought I’d better get it checked out.
Visit to casualty…
Poked and prodded for a bit…
Put on a drip… (:cool:, now I’m proper ill :D)
Poked some more… (this REALLY hurts)
Admitted to the ward…
Saturday morning first thing, whipped into surgery…
A Laparoscopic appendectomy later I’m back on the ward feeling a little groggy…
Lots of bed rest and pain… :cry:
Back home for Sunday afternoon…
Back at my desk for Monday morning..!
Now I’m in lots of different pain, on drugs, and looking forward to an easy week (enforced by the doctors)
At least I don’t need a sick note 
Now I’m less of a man – Tor says I’m not all there 
I’m more than impressed with the NHS people – they were fabulous!
A big thanks to all the staff on ward 60, and I hope the guys there get better soon!
