It never ceases to amaze me, that even after spending soooooo long doing this job, it only takes a brief encounter to realise something you have been missing. For instance…

Today i had a client say he was ‘not confident’ performing something both Tor and I would do without hesitation. The task wasn’t unbelievably tricky, just some simple network config, full details of which had been provided.

Made me realise just what a service we perform, something i never reliased before was people are actually scared of this thing we do!
