It never ceases to amaze me, that even after spending soooooo long doing this job, it only takes a brief encounter to realise something you have been missing. For instance…

Today i had a client say he was ‘not confident’ performing something both Tor and I would do without hesitation. The task wasn’t unbelievably tricky, just some simple network config, full details of which had been provided.

Made me realise just what a service we perform, something i never reliased before was people are actually scared of this thing we do!

just a dumb techie you might think…

Just finished posting some more info onto the website itself.
Hopefully we (Tor and I) will get some time to post the rest of the information, and finally get rid of the ‘under construction’ title on the website!

That was an interesting week.
Clients moving, virus cleaning, selling and installing all in the same week.
I LOVE my job! Who was it who said variety is the spice of life? :confused:

I think my major role in the greater scheme of things is simply to make people a little happier, and to “just make it work”. :)

Also gained 2 big orders this week – great!
The clients involved will also end up with systems that work properly!!
