Tor and Simon at Rochester make a great team. With Tor dealing with my IT queries on the phone diagnosing the problem and then getting Simon to come out and fix it. They don't laugh at our more basic queries, understand how critical it is that out IT works and also don't waste money e.g. tell you when a laptop can just do with a clean rather than replacing it. Moreover they are always enthusiastic and give the impression that they value your custom no matter how small the job.
