When I needed to purchase a new computer Simon was extremely helpful and honest. He gave me sufficient information to be able to make an appropriate decision.
Since my purchase he has organised the set up and additional training both with himself and Tor. I have always been able to get in touch with Rochester & Associates Ltd whenever I had an urgent problem. As far as I am concerned their customer service is second to none. I cannot recommend them highly enough to anyone who is in need of a computer, computer services or training.
