We had been used to getting help from consultants who always seemed to be just a couple of pages ahead of us in the operating manual. Problems needs to be given time for an investigation before an answer was obtained. Not even then always the right answer.
Since we found Simon and his team we seem to have less problems, this is largely because we get the right answer first time and quickly.
This cannot be good for his turnover, but it is great for our efficiency and greatly lowers our stress levels.
In additional to all his high tech ability, we greatly appreciate the ‘old fashioned’ courtesy and good manners in the way they treat their customers. It is a welcome change!
