We have used the services of Rochester & Associates Ltd on a number of occasions and have always been delighted with the services received which have taken a number of forms.
One of our office computers was not working and when taken to PC World was told that it would cost as much to repair as it would to be a new computer. Simon came out to look at the computer and fixed it within 15 minutes (Quite impressive!)
We also moved office recently and Simon moved the computer network into our new office and ensured it was all up and running again. I had set aside a full day for this but it was all completed (along with some other minor difficulties) within half this time.
Our principal also undertook a days training with Tor. Previously David was a luddite when it came to anything remotely to do with computers but now happily writes his own memos etc. and is much more confident in their use. It was an excellent days training.
