Rochester & Associates Ltd offer you a very flexible contract support packages designed to work with your business, and develop as your business changes and grows.

Choose from the support option that suits you most:

  Sometimes all you need is a helpful voice on the phone.
• Telephone and 'Remote'
  Going that little bit further and allowing us to 'dial in' and solve issues.
• Telephone, Remote and Onsite visits
  Our most popular service, if we can't solve it remotely we'll pop over.
• Telephone, Remote, Onsite and Quarterly health checks
  You'll see our smiley faces once a quarter to fix things before they start hurting.

 

Ad-hoc and Emergency Support Services

If it all comes crashing to a halt then you'll need someone in a hurry.
Someone to rely on and who won't take advantage of a difficult situation.

Rochester & Associates can get things up and running quickly and with a minimum of fuss, and we won't charge anything more than our standard charges.
