Restructuring our business for maximum efficiency
Rochester & Associates Ltd are currently undertaking a process of restructurig our business to streamline our service offerings and quite simply 'Make us better'.
This is a long term investment in both time and money, and will result in us providing a better tailored solution to our clients.
It's both an internal and an external process, requiring some of our longer term clients to come along side us and work with us to make sure we deliver exactly waht the client wants.
It has to be said that there's no better critic to your services than your clients and it's a scary prospect to ask what the really think of you. This can only be done with the help of a 3rd party though - as your clients will tell you only what they are willing to say - a 3rd party doesn't have these restrictions.
So far the process has been very revelaing, poiting out both strengths and weaknesses in our company and the products and services we offer. Something we were prepared for, but quite surprised at the responses.
We are looking forward to being a better company, and providing better solutions to more clients in the coming years.
