Sometimes they are fantastic!! 
Today we got a call out of the blue, asking to speak to somebody about the purchase of a desktop PC.
As it turns out (after Tor had a great conversation with the caller), they had met and spoken to Tor over 3 years ago, remembered her and recently spoke to a colleague who mentioned our name.
Wow!! Nice to know we are doing it right!

Later i had a call from a client we have looked after forever – He had purchased a bottle of Champagne for Tor (STILL not given birth – starting to think she’s faking it ;)) to ‘wet the babies head’ & a lovely bottle of wine as a belated get well soon (appendix) and house warming gift!
Cool!!!!
