Tor and Simon at Rochester make a great team. With Tor dealing with my IT queries on the phone diagnosing the problem and then getting Simon to come out and fix it.

It’s an odd time of year this…
It’s kind of not anything really – some people have gone back t work for a bit, some people are still enjoying a restful holiday (or shopping :) )
As we offer a ‘reactive’ service in this period ‘tween the holidays for me there is a kind of ‘waiting for something to happen’ feeling…
